Adam Pratt is the Director of Issues & Policy Communications at IBM. In this role, he leads IBM’s management of high-profile reputation threats and has successfully steered the organization's approach to controversies involving facial recognition technology, allegations of age discrimination, geopolitical conflict and, most recently, activist push back against corporate engagement in societal issues. Adam also oversees communications programs to advance the company’s global public policy agenda. Adam is a 2020 PRWeek 40 Under 40 honoree and his career includes communications roles across the telecommunications, transportation and energy industries. Adam and his family reside just outside Washington, D.C.
